Through COMPLEX MATH, Noa's birth year is fanonly set at 1972. Since there's no actual canon ages, Kaiba was estimated to be at 17 when the series started due to being in Yugi's class/how Japan handles birthdates for school. Noa was uploaded at 12 years old, and it was implied it took a while before Gozoburo adopted Seto. Specifically the fact it's noted he noticed Noa "wasn't maturing", and that would require at least a few year's time, which has been set fanonly at 3 years, and Seto was stated to be 12 years old at adoption as well. The series' date is set fanonly at about 1992, due to it being produced in 1996, being a product of its time, and how Japan handled computers at that point.

Furthermore, with how long Duelist Kingdom was, it's likely that Battle City (during which Noa was introduced) was at least a year later, kicking the date up to 1993.

With all of that, Noa would be 20 chronologically at the time of the series start, and thus the birth year (1992 - 20). At the time of being met, he would've been 21 chronologically.

Noa is a snarky little shit, calls himself Seto's big brother.

He believes Seto became a better heir than he could be, because Seto turned the company into a gaming company from a military one. Something Noa approves of and thinks is better, but never would have done himself.

Born the only son of Kaiba Corporation, I was spoiled more than anyone. As if I was born superior to all other children. Because I had already been selected to take over Kaiba Corporation someday, my lifestyle had been decided. My father invested in the most elite teachers to ensure I received a top-level education. In not just studying... but also music... sports... Because he wanted me to grow up to be a person at the top of all fields, someone on par with a king. And I tried my best to answer my father by doing the best I could all the time. Had things gone on that way, you and Mokuba would have never been adopted by Kaiba Corporation. You said before that life is a game. If that's the case, you almost say I was cheated.

Noa: Father took you in as a my rival and my motivation. You were intended to push me further in my studies, all the way to the top. Seto, you were never intended to inherit Kaiba Corporation. I trust you won't have any complaints... if we use the thing you're most comfortable with, Duel Monsters, to decide my victory. I'm positive you'll be most satisfied losing like that. Relax. I'll inherit your body. You will be used for the benefit of Kaiba Corporation.

Seto: So you're basically saying all of my suffering, all of my aggravation and my entire life occurred for you?

Noa: That about sums it up. And if you do what I want now, it'll save you a humiliating loss later on.

Seto: Screw you! Listen well, Noah! I've never lived for anyone but myself! My future is decided on a road of glory! And if you insist on blocking that road, whoever it may be... I'll eliminate you with my own two hands!

When Noah was around twelve years old, he was involved in a car accident which left him in a critical condition with little chance of him surviving. In the hope of saving his son, Gozaburo uploaded Noah's mind onto a supercomputer just before Seto was adopted. Noah's consciousness lived in a Virtual World that initially only included his own empty bedroom, but was ultimately expanded to include many other areas. Noah at first found his virtual existence almost pleasant, even enjoyable. The limits and bugs in the virtual citizens and his own virtual pet caused Noah to grow increasingly frustrated, agitated and in some cases, even sadistic to seek out some satisfaction in his virtual existence. While his intelligence (and ego) grew exponentially, with no real human contact, Noah's maturity remained at the level of a small child.
